I am continuing very successful movement to music sessions for anyone with disabilities and their carers at Rose Hill Activity Centre in Bideford. These sessions run weekly on Wednesday mornings from 11am-12 noon and are explosive, fun and creative. We explore cross-cultural dance styles from the Middle East, Africa, Latin America and hip hop genres.
Venue: Rose Hill, Heywood Road, Northam Lodge, Bideford EX39 3PG.
Cost: £4 per session
